Delivery
Please make sure you enter your correct and valid email address as we will email you to confirm the details of your order. Should anything be incorrect or missing from your order, please contact our Sales Team immediately via email or call 0845 241 5619 and leave a message and a member of the team will get back to you to ensure that the order is corrected before despatch takes place. Should an item be out of stock you will be notified by email.
Delivery (within UK) from stock is normally within 5 - 10 working days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email.
If when you receive an item it has been damaged please write damaged on the delivery note. If an item is damaged or faulty, please read our returns and refunds policy on how to return the item/s.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from The Toddler Bed Company. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at all times. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to The Toddler Bed Company within 28 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging together with the delivery note.
Email or call Customer Services with your order number within 72 hours to inform us of your intention to return an item and to receive your 'Returns Authorisation Number'.
Make sure you tell us if you require a refund or exchange.
Return the item(s) to us unused and (wherever possible) in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt of your order, along with the original delivery note.
Items which are non-returnable are clearly marked within the product description. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Regrettably, self assembly items can not be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless there is a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A certificate of posting is recommended. This is available free of charge from your local post office. Keep it in a safe place, it is proof that you have returned the goods to us should they be lost or delayed.
Goods are returned at your own cost. Exchanges will be sent out FOC.
Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced immediately or refunded in full.
We will e-mail you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow us up to 21 days for replacement items.
Goods cannot be returned without an RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). Customer Services will provide you with this when you call to inform us of your intention to return an item.
